URGENT #MISSING: Roger Metzler, 72 - Whittier, California (Alzheimers - Dementia - despondent - needs medication)

Police are seeking a 72-year-old Whittier who suffers from Alzheimer's and other medical problems man who went missing Friday during his usual walk on the Greenway Trail.
Roger Metzler was last seen about 4 p.m. in the 13000 block of Putnam Street, Whittier police officials said in a written statement.
"He went for his routine walk on the Greenway Trail. When he did not return, his family became very concerned and reported him missing," according to the statement.
Officials described Metzler as white, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black coat, brown pants and white shoes.
In addition to Alzheimer's, Metzler has been diagnosed with dementia, medical need and depression, police said. He required medication, which he did not have with him.
