URGENT #MISSING: Leon Williams, 66 - Clay, NEW YORK (Dementia - often becomes confused - may need medication)

Sheriff's deputies are asking the public's help finding a man who went missing from his Clay apartment Friday afternoon.
Leon Williams, 66, was last seen leaving his apartment at the Ridge Wood Apartments, 7426 Henry Clay Blvd., around 4 p.m. Friday, Onondaga County Sheriff's Detective Jon Seeber said.
Family members reported him missing later that night. His family told deputies Williams has ties to the city of Syracuse and may be wandering the streets in the city.
Williams is described as a six-foot-tall black male, weighing about 200 pounds. He walks with a noticable limp, Seeber said. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket with a fur-lined hood, brown pants and brown boots.
Williams suffers from dementia and often becomes confused, Seeber said, and Williams may be in need of medical attention.
Anyone with information on Williams' whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff's office at 425-2111
