Police have activated a Silver Alert for a missing Fort Smith man.
Irven Thomas Kuykendall, 79, was last known to be on Rogers Ave. near Mid-Town Apartments. He was reported missing on Sunday, Jan. 4 at 5:45 p.m.
Kuykendall was last seen wearing a tan jacket, blue jeans and black stocking cap.
Police say he has memory, hearing and eyesight problems.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the Fort Smith Police Department (479) 739-6032.
