SILVER ALERT: Elbert Keith Hall, 68 - South Charleston, WEST VIRGINIA (Dementia)

The South Charleston Police Dept. says they are working on a Silver Alert for a missing South Charleston, West Virginia man.
Elbert Keith Hall, 68, has been diagnosed with dementia. Hall was last seen wearing a red jacket, blue jeans, and he uses a cane.
He was last seen leaving his home on Lincoln Drive in South Charleston at about 11:00 a.m. on Jan. 22.
Anyone who has information about Hall's whereabouts is asked to contact the local police department or call 911.
