Jorge Gonzalez, 27, is missing since Jan. 25 from Captiva Island, Cape Coral Police announced Tuesday.
Gonzalez is described as Hispanic with black hair, brown eyes, standing 6'1 and weighing 170 pounds. He was last seen walking on Captiva Drive on Sunday and is missing his left arm below the elbow.
He was last seen wearing white pants and a red shirt.
