#MISSING: Dillon Dwayne Arbaugh, 23 - New Windsor, MARYLAND

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to find a missing 23-year-old man.
Authorities said Dillon Dwayne Arbaugh, of New Windsor, was reported missing around 1 p.m. Tuesday.
Arbaugh was last seen by a relative around 2 p.m. on Dec. 31. At that time, he stated he was going to a friend's house, and that he would not be returning that evening, officials said.
Arbaugh is described as a white man with short blond hair and hazel eyes, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black cap, tan Carhartt coat, blue jeans, "Ford" belt and brown Redwing boots. It is not currently believed that he has access to a vehicle.
