#MISSING: Bernie Bickels, 64 - Casper, WYOMING (truck was found near the North Platte River at Edness Kimball Wilkins State Park - he was with his 2 black labradors which one was found deceased in the river)

The Natrona County Sheriff's Office don't suspect foul play in a Casper man's disappearance Saturday night.
Bernie Bickels' family found his truck near the North Platte River at Edness Kimball Wilkins State Park east of Evansville just before 6 p.m. after he failed to show up for dinner at 4:30 p.m., according to spokesman Sgt. Aaron Shatto.
Bickels, 64, often visited the park to walk his two black labradors, Shatto said. After the family found no sign of Bickels or his dogs, they called law enforcement.
The family last heard from Bickels at about 2:45 p.m. earlier that afternoon.
The park was closed while deputies searched by ground and air, Shatto said. An airboat could be seen on the North Platte River from the highway.
About 3:30 p.m. Sunday, officials found the body of one of the dogs in the river downstream from where Bickes' truck was parked.
There is no timeline for the park to reopen. The sheriff's office is asking people to stay home while deputies continue their investigation.
Bickels is about 200 pounds, 5 feet 10 inches tall, and white.
