Earthly body located and identified; Joseph Mullins, 57 - Portage County, OHIO

Mantua Township, OH - The Portage County Sheriff's office along with Cleveland Police are investigating the death of 57-year-old Joseph Mullins as a homicide.

His body was identified on Tuesday as it was discovered by a passerby on a boat in the Flats area of Cleveland Monday morning.

Investigators in Portage County tell NewsChannel5 at this point they are unaware of what Mullins connection is to the metro area.
