Earthly bodies located; Bud Runion, 69 and June Runion 66 - Cobb County, Georgia

TELFAIR COUNTY, Ga. - Authorities have confirmed the two bodies found Monday are those of the missing Cobb County couple as authorities charge the man they believe lured them to south Georgia, robbed and killed them.

Medical examiner's say an autopsy revealed that Bud and June Runion died from gunshot wounds to the head.

Telfair County Sheriff Chris Steverson announced on Monday that they believed to have recovered the bodies of 69-year-old man and 66-year-old woman who had been missing since Thursday. A massive search for the couple got underway over the weekend after they headed to south Georgia to check on a car to buy.
