3 young brothers MISSING enroute to School - Philadelphia, PA

Police are looking for three children reported missing Friday in the Mill Creek section of West Philadelphia.

Zair Bell, 8, Yashua Bell, 6, and Naziyr Bell, 5, were last seen by their father about 8:15 a.m. as they walked to James Rhoads Elementary School, police said.

The father went to the school about 4 p.m. after the children failed to return to their home on the 800 block of North 50th Street, according to investigators.

There, staffers told the man his sons had never arrived that morning. He called authorities a short time later.

Police said the man is embroiled in an ongoing custody dispute with his ex-wife, and that he believes she took the three children.

Still, the man has not been able to contact his ex, and no one saw the incident occur, according to investigators.

The man's mother has primary custody of one child and partial custody of the other two, police said.

All three were last seen wearing yellow shirts, blue khakis and sneakers.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact the Southwest Detective Division at 215-686-3183, or to call 911.
