Circumstance:
Damarius Kelly was reportedly staying at various friends and family homes and most recently with a female friend and her mom. He left her home on foot and never returned. They reported that he may be "heading north" with interest in joining Job Corps. His sister wired him $200 that he did not pick up. While he planned on joining Job Corp, that was set for a future date. The fact he has not contacted family, did not pick up his money, nor attended Thanksgiving dinner is very out of character and his family is extremely worried for him. He has no history of cognitive problems, drugs nor a criminal background...so no reason that would "cause" him to disappear or be missing.
