Circumstance: Joel went missing the Sunday before Christmas, leaving his pet cat, cell phone, and other personal effects behind at his apartment. He last seen along route 23 in Phoenixville. His debit card has been used in areas including King of Prussia, Lancaster, and Norristown. He was last seen on foot and most likely traveling by foot or public transit. Since his most recent photos, Joel has grown a full beard, which may alter his appearance significantly.
