On Thursday, December 19, 2014, the complainant, Harold Heard 69 years old from the 1600 block of North 8th Street, was reported missing by a family member. The complainant has not been seen since he left his residence on October 14, 2014.
Harold is 5'9″, 160 lbs, with a thin build, brown eyes, a dark complexion, and short wavy gray hair and is missing the 2 fingers on his right hand. Harold was last seen wearing a white/black suit and a gray tie.
Harold suffers from a medical condition and requires medication.
