Tattoos: Both arms; large chest tattoo of an American eagle w spread wings, a sun and palm trees. on back "SWANNY". Also has two "mirror image" (reversed letters) on each arm. On the R arm, the word "LIFE" and on the left arm, the word "Fast."
Other: Has a chipped upper front tooth.
Transportation: driving a 1996 White, Chevy Tahoe 4 door, 4 wheel drive; scoop on hood. Florida License Tag # 031MPM
Clothing: a white D&C shirt or a black “Metal Mulisha” T-shirt, blue jeans, and gray zippered hoodie.

Circumstance: Douglas was last seen leaving a friend's party somewhere near Newton and Belfort Road December 14 th and was enroute to Jacksonville Beach.
He reportedly got his White Chevy Tahoe stuck in a ditch near the party, but a friend was able to pull his vehicle out. He continued on Newton Rd, according to the police report.No one has been in contact with him since. His wife and family say his phone is no longer working. Douglas is a Merchant Mariner and his wife is Active Duty with the US NAVY.
