On Tuesday, December 16, 2014, at approximately 9:00 AM, the complainant, Carl Gaines 70 year old male was last seen at her residence on the 1100 block of N 63rd Street. Carl is 6'0", 190 lbs, with a thin build, brown eyes, light brown complexion, close cropped brown/gray hair and a mustache; last seen wearing a black jacket, gray pants and a gray hat.
Carl suffers from several medical conditions and requires medication. Carl is known to frequent the area of 1100 Arch Street.
