The NOPD needs help in locating 51-year-old Steven Bruce who disappeared on Sunday around noon from in front of his home.
Burce's mother says that her son has a medical condition and is in desperate need of medication.
Bruce was last seen wearing reddish/orange knee shorts and a green and orange shirt.
