URGENT #MISSING: Cheryl L. Keys, 51 - Gloucester Township, NEW JERSEY (signed herself out of a Hospital to visit with a relative but never returned)

Officers are on the lookout for a woman reported missing Thursday evening from Northbrook Behavioral Health Hospital in Blackwood, according to police in Gloucester Township.
Cheryl L. Keys, 51, signed herself out of the hospital — located at 435 Woodbury-Turnersville Road in Blackwood — on a day pass to visit with a relative, say police, but she never returned.
Keys is described as a black female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 250 pounds, with brown hair. She is known to frequent Camden.

Anyone with information on Keys' whereabouts is urged to call either 911, the Gloucester Township Police Department at 856-228-4500 or the GTPD anonymous tip line at 856-842-5560.
