Located safe; Harold Gordon Bowers 85 - Portland, Oregon

Updated Sunday at 10:22 a.m.: Police say Bowers has been found safe and returned to his home.

Portland Police say they want the public's help to find an 85-year-old man, Harold Gordon Bowers, who went missing Saturday.
