SILVER ALERT: Ethel Crescenzo, 79 - Surprise, ARIZONA (driving a white 2006 Chevy Monte Carlo with a custom AZ plate that says "ETHEL" - heading to Talking Stick Casino near Scottsdale, AZ)

A Silver Alert has been issued for a 79-year-old Surprise woman who went missing Tuesday, according to officials.
The Arizona Department of Transportation issued the Silver Alert on Thursday afternoon.
Ethel Crescenzo was last seen leaving her Surprise residence Tuesday morning heading to the Talking Stick Casino near Scottsdale, a statement from the Surprise Police Department said.
She was driving a white 2006 Chevy Monte Carlo with a custom Arizona license plate that says ETHEL.
Neither Crescenzo nor her vehicle was found in a search of the casino and casino property.
Crescenzo is described as White, about 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighing about 140 pounds. Police say Crescenzo takes anti-depressants and high-blood pressure medication. It wasn't clear if she had them with her.
Crescenzo's bank-card history shows purchases made Wednesday in Buckeye and Tonopah, according to the alert.
Anyone with information about Crescenzo's whereabouts can call 623-222-4000.
