Circumstance:
Nik was last seen leaving Roosevelt Hospital in NYC. He doesn't know anyone in or around that area. He has never been up north before, let alone to NYC. Nik is approximately 5'9″ and normally weighs around 160-165, but his weight fluctuates at times. He has been known to lose 20-25lbs and eventually gain it back. From what's known is that his weight is lower right now. Family ask that if seen to please all authorities and try to keep in your sight.
