#MISSING: Gerald Stone, 65 - Cadet, MISSOURI (driving a 90's Chevrolet pickup truck with MO plate 7SU-168)

A Washington County man has been missing since Monday.
Gerald Stone, 65, of Cadet took out his trash Sunday morning at about 11 a.m. and left. Washington County Sheriff Andy Skiles said no one saw his direction of travel.
"He left his wallet at home and personal effects," said Skiles. "He has no cell phone and hasn't been in contact with his family. His family stated that he is very family-oriented and normally calls them to let them know where he is going but didn't this time."
Stone is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 230 pounds. He is balding and wearing glasses. He was in his early 90s Chevrolet Pickup Truck – one side of the truck is primer gray and the other side is blue. It has a Missouri license plate of 7SU-168.
"This is a really hard one. He has no credit cards to track him or a cell phone," said Skiles. "He didn't say anything to anybody. We have been digging every day but we just don't have a whole lot to go on. He doesn't have any friends in the area, the only person he associates with is his brother and he hasn't heard from (him). It's a pretty distinctive truck. Hopefully someone sees it."
Stone has an extensive military background and currently lives in Cadet off New Berry Lane. He just recently moved from De Soto. Anyone with any information on Stone's whereabouts is asked to contact the Washington County Sheriff's Office at 573-438-5478 or a local police department.
