GOLD ALERT: Michael Guilday, 49 - Wilmington, DELAWARE

A Gold Alert has been issued for a missing 49-year-old man in Wilmington, Delaware Saturday morning.

New Castle County police say Michael Guilday went missing from the unit block of East Keystone Avenue.

Police say they responded to the residence for a domestic dispute.

Officers arrived and learned that Guilday allegedly made statements during an argument with his wife that caused concern.

He fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.

Police along with a Canine officer conducted an extensive search of the area, but could not locate Guilday.

They say there is a real concern for his welfare.

Guilday is described as Caucasian man, 5'11" tall and approximately 170 pounds. He has brown hair with green eyes.

Anyone with information pertaining to the whereabouts of Michael Guilday is asked to call the New Castle County Police Department at (302) 573-2800.
