ENDANGERED #MISSING: Juan Arredondo, 42 - Tulsa, OKLAHOMA (early signs of dementia - riding a silver 1950's Boardwalk bike with wide black handle bars and oversized tires)

Tulsa police are looking for a missing and endangered man.
 
Juan Arredondo, 42, was last seen leaving his residence on Oct. 13 riding a silver, 1950s Boardwalk bicycle with wide black handle bars and oversized tires.
 
Officials believe Arredondo may have been going to a relative's home near 2800 E. Archer Street, but he never arrived.
 
He left his cellphone at home but it is believed he has his wallet and identification on him. 
 
Officials said Arredondo has recently been confused and could be showing early signs of dementia.
 
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 918-596-COPS.
