Earthly body located; Nicholas Charles Dunn 18 - Augusta, Georgia

Augusta, Ga. (WRDW) -- "I do have faith in this situation," said Joy Garrett, the aunt of Nick Dunn.

What started as a day full of hope, ended with more heartache as 18-year-old, Nick Dunn was found dead.

"It's just all shocking to everybody," she said.

It's not the homecoming the family wanted. Garrett still questions what happened Friday night when her nephew went missing.

"It's a lot of people crowded around," said Garrett.

It was all about football Friday night. The game between Cross Creek and Greenbrier high was a packed house.

Friends say Nick ran across to the visitors side, disappearing behind the bleachers...

"No one seen it, know what's going on," she said.

When he didn't come back, friends and family knew something wrong. They got the sheriffs office involved.

"It's all new to me why this just happened like this, he's disappeared," she said.

It's still unclear what happened behind these bleachers and how he ended up in the woods dead. But those closest to him, know getting attention that night, wasn't on Nicks mind.

"He was a very humble child," said his aunt.

And now a family is devastated, his classmates are shaken. Twitter has blown up with the hash-tag, Rip Nick. Many, not even knowing who he was, or what his story was.

A young life lost way too soon, A teenager leaving behind a lot.

"You're family is missing you," she said.
