San Francisco police have found a man who went missing in the city after recently undergoing surgery for a brain aneurysm, officials said.

Donald Brockett, 68, of San Francisco returned to his apartment at 320 Turk St. at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, said Officer Gordon Shyy, a police spokesman. He had been reported missing Tuesday afternoon.

Brockett had surgery two weeks ago and had stitches in place. He recently had a stroke and was living at the Tunnel Rehabilitation Center at 1359 Pine St., where he was receiving medical care, police said.
