#MISSING SISTERS: Kendra, 12 and Marquia Salaman, 10 - Rockaway/Queens, NEW YORK

Two sisters, ages 12 and 10, packed their backpacks and a photo album and vanished from their Rockaway home Saturday, authorities and their mom said.
Kendra Salaman and her younger sister, Marquia Salaman, left their home on Beach 102nd St. before 8 a.m., said their mother, Deirdre Salaman, who couldn't find them when she awoke.
"It surprised me when I woke up (Saturday) and went upstairs and saw that they weren't in bed," Salaman told the Daily News. "I'm just praying and hoping they come home."
Police dogs tracked the girls' scent to a nearby bus stop but then lost their trail. Cops are investigating every lead that will help them locate the girls.
Kendra and Marquia haven't run away before, a police source said. Nor have there been any allegations of abuse in the home.
"We believe they left the house," the source said. "But they're still little girls, and they're missing. We're looking everywhere for them."
