Takoma Park police say a critically missing teen who was gone for five days is back home safe.
a medical condition that needs regular supervision or medication.
Jennifer Karina Castillo, 14, went missing the evening of Wednesday, April 2. On Monday, April 7, police said she had been located.
"She is safe and in good health," police said in a statement.
A person is considered "critically missing" if authorities have reason to believe the person's life is in danger, if the disappearance is counter to usual behavior, if the person has mental problems or if the person has a medical condition that needs regular supervision or medication.
