Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing, endangered man Saturday morning in Peoria.
Patrick Lively, 26, was last seen near 87th Avenue and Bell Road on Friday, said Peoria police spokeswoman Amanda Jacinto.
Lively was reportedly supposed to meet someone for a ride but instead wandered away.
Jacinto said Lively has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old and may not be able to find his way home safely.
He is 6-feet-2-inches tall, weighs 240 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
According to Jacinto, Lively was last seen wearing a blue button-down shirt with blue jeans and black boots.
Anyone who has seen Lively or may know of his whereabouts is urged to call Peoria police at 623-773-8311.
