#MISSING: Monali Parikh, 24 - Germantown, MARYLAND

A Germantown woman is missing and police are asking for the public's help.

Montgomery County police say Monali Parikh, 24, was last seen Tuesday leaving her house in the 18000 block of Cottage Garden Drive in Germantown for an appointment in Arlington, Va. at the Art Institute of Washington.

Officials do not know if she made it to her appointment. They do believe she may have been in Pennsylvania Tuesday evening and at Dulles Airport at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Parikh is an Indian female, 5-feet-3-inches tall, weighing 110 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and black high heels. She does not drive and relies on public transportation.

Police and family members are concerned about her welfare.

Anyone with information about Parikh and her whereabouts is asked to contact Montgomery County Police at 301-279-8000.
